Does the impact of Vaastu varies for different age group and gender?

In Vaastu Shastra, the impact of design of the building is generally believed to affect all occupants of a that property, in the some way or the other, depending on their gender or age.

The concept behind it is that the energy flow (prana) within a building or home should be balanced and harmonious to promote well-being and prosperity for everyone who resides there.

According to Vaastu Shastra, certain directions are more conducive to specific aspects of well-being and activities, for example, directions that promote good health and vitality are particularly beneficial for elderly people.

Another example is that Vaastu suggests specific directions, like East, Northeast, West  are favourable for studies. These areas are particularly suitable for children and students, providing an environment that enhances focus and academic performance. If there is some Vastu flaws in these directions, it is likely to effect the education of the child.

In Vastu Shastra, certain directions are believed to have specific relationship with gender energies. For example, a Vastu dosh (defect) in the Southeast direction could impact the health and well-being of females in the house.

On the other hand, flaws in the Southwest direction may have more negative effect on the males of the family according to Vastu principles.

These results shows that different directions carry distinct energies that can influence the physical and emotional health of individuals based on their gender

So, while the fundamental principles apply universally to all occupants of a home, there are specific considerations that might vary based on gender or age.
