We at HVH have developed a methodology to assist Homebuyers/Followers/Believers of Vastu Shastra in searching and shortlisting Vastu Compliant properties. All Units/Flats as mentioned on the websites are rated for Vastu compliance on the basis of the methodology as evolved by HVH along with its Vastu Expert . The methodology has been developed by HVH in consultation with its Vastu expert, who has a vast experience and knowledge in this field. The rating linked to any Unit/Flat may not be fully accurate in its entirety but we at HVH work towards providing more accurate results to its users by relying on data provided/gathered from trusted sources . The absence of a property from our listing does not imply that the same is not Vastu Compliant. Any property not listed means that the same falls below our criteria of Vastu Compliance or the same has not been worked upon by us.
The Vastu Compliance for each Unit is analysed on the basis of the directions provided in Site Plan/ master plan or floor Plan that is available on, including but not limited to Builders website, Project Website and Official website of the Real estate Regulatory Authority of the concerned State. As HVH has propounded its own method to find accurate directions for each Unit/Floor, the directions as provided in the Site Plan provided by the Builder may differ from the directions as calculated by HVH for ascertaining Vastu Compliance . In cases where the Site Plan/Floor Plan provides the Tower Number/ Tower Name/ Block Number/ Block Name, HVH may use the same in its drawings, however, in case of non-availability of the Tower Number/ Tower Name/ Block Number/ Block Name, HVH provides its Own Nomenclature to the Towers/Units/Flats for better understanding for its Users.
That HVH does not endorse/encourage/promote any leasing/purchasing of any Unit/Flat in any project to the intending purchaser/lessee without seeking advice from any Vastu Expert which is separately engaged by the Client at its own cost. Opinion of any other Vastu Expert may vary than that of the Vastu Expert of HVH. However, the ratings/listings of Vastu compliant units/flat on the HVH platform is solely on the basis of the vast experience and knowledge of the Vastu Expert of HVH. All intending purchaser/s are bound to inspect all plans and approvals and visit project site and apprise themselves of all plans and approvals and other relevant information and nothing in this website is intended to substitute to the intending purchaser the actual plans and approvals obtained from time to time. The relationship between the HVH and the actual customers will be governed strictly by the terms and/or conditions of this website. All details and prices quoted are indicative and have been calculated on basic rate. That HVH holds no responsibility for its accuracy and shall not be liable to any intending purchaser or any one for the changes/ alterations/ improvements so made.
