Apartments are built with an RCC framed structure using aluform shuttering technology and AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete) block work for the walls, offering durability and dimensional accuracy in construction.

The apartments feature 1200 mm x 600 mm vitrified double-charge tile flooring throughout (from brands such as Varmora, Kajaria, Colortile or equivalent), with the same tile used in the kitchen wall dado, attached terrace and dry balcony. Windows are three-track Domal series (25 mm) powder-coated aluminium windows fitted with mosquito nets, with MS grills provided for bedroom and kitchen windows from the inside. Electrical work uses wires from Polycab, Finolex, KIE or equivalent brands, and modular switches from the Schneider Livia range or equivalent.
